Everything you want to know before you start
Do attendees need an account?
No. They scan the QR code or type the event code and ask. An account is only offered to keep badges and questions.
How do you avoid inappropriate questions?
Every question goes through moderation. You can set banned words and mute an attendee: their questions are filtered automatically.
Which files can I project?
Any deck exported as PDF: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Canva… The questions QR code shows in the corner if you want.
Does check-in work without Internet?
Yes with Premium: the attendee list is kept on the checker's phone and entries sync as soon as the network is back.
Why two price lists?
Our prices reflect purchasing power: a dollar list for Africa, a euro list for Europe, with −20% yearly.
What does the launch offer include?
Any plan activated during launch stays on for 3 months. You can switch plans or go back to Free at any time.
Can I pay only for what I use?
Yes: pick only the modules you need (ticketing, check-in, slides…). Only those are switched on in your dashboard, and you can add more at any time.
Is my data protected?
Data is hosted on Supabase (encrypted PostgreSQL infrastructure). Only your team can access your events' attendees.
